Step 2 – Meet Your Dedicated Case Manager

One of our dedicated managers will be in touch with you or your representative to confirm your details, answer any questions, and provide a personalised quote. You’ll also be invited to visit our centre, explore the facilities, and meet our friendly team.

Step 3 – Confirmation

If you’re satisfied with the proposed services, the next step is to sign the Service Agreement and Consent Form.

Step 4 – Set Your Start Date

Once all paperwork is completed, your manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your commencement date. If transport services are needed, we’ll be happy to arrange them at that time.

Step 5 – Get Started

This is where your journey begins. We’ll welcome you to the centre and help you settle into your chosen accommodation or day services. The settling-in period is an important part of the process, and our caring staff will be there every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition and make any necessary adjustments to support your comfort and wellbeing.
