Our day programs give carers valuable time to rest and recharge.
We provide day fun and engaging programs throughout the week at our purpose-designed facilities in Australia. Our NDIS day programs are designed for adults and children living with disabilities from age 7 and up. Our staff are here every weekday from 9.00am to 5.00pm to help our clients engage in activities, socialise and develop life skills.
We offer a diverse range of group activities with individual support from our experienced staff. There are lots of opportunities for our clients to explore their interests, make new connections and build positive relationships while becoming more independent.

Extensive Program of Activities
The fun doesn’t end at EspouseCare. Our NDIS Day Programs are thoughtfully designed to support both mental and physical wellbeing — even beyond the centre.
Flexible and person-centred, each program is tailored to individual interests and evolving goals. We encourage every participant to explore new passions, build confidence, and create meaningful connections.
From cooking and gardening to arts, dance, and digital skills, there’s something for everyone. No matter their interests, our clients find their community — and their joy — with us.
NDIS Day Programs for Adults and Children
Our NDIS disability day programs are designed for both adults and children aged seven and above who are looking for engaging, meaningful ways to spend their day.
Led by qualified and experienced support workers, our centre-based programs provide a safe and welcoming space where individuals can explore their interests, connect with others, and confidently be themselves.
We believe in promoting choice and independence. That’s why our programs are built around each client’s goals — supporting them to develop important life skills while enjoying the freedom to make their own decisions.
Inclusion & Independence
Our day centre is designed to foster a warm, inclusive environment where every individual feels supported, valued, and empowered. Purpose-built for universal access, the space allows people with disability to engage with the environment independently and with dignity.
Our experienced and compassionate staff provide personalised care while encouraging personal choice and autonomy. Clients are supported in developing essential life skills such as social interaction, positive communication, and technology use — helping them thrive both inside and outside the centre.
